Driver's instructions for semi-trailer parts

Before vehicle operation

Visual inspection:

1. Tire pressure

2. Is the wheel bolt tightened

3. Are the main bolts of the suspension system tightened

4. Is the leaf spring broken

5. Is the lamp and brake system working properly

6. Add air pressure to the air reservoir to the working pressure

Every two weeks

1. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the air reservoir to drain the accumulated water

New car

1. After the first loading, check whether the wheel and tire are tightened with a torque wrench (the same check should be done after each tire change)

2. After the first two weeks of driving, tighten the nuts of wheel bolts to the specified torque, and tighten the nuts of balance beam axle, connecting rod axle and U-bolt to the specified torque.

Maintenance

1. In the maintenance, it must be carried out in accordance with this manual. If other repair stations and repair factories are entrusted to carry out maintenance, it must be provided with this manual. https://www.chinaaxle.cn
