1. When washing the car, do not flush the combination valve directly with water, otherwise it will cause ABS system failure.

2. When welding the vehicle, the ABS power harness must be pulled out, otherwise the ECU will be damaged.

3. Ensure that there is no air leakage or insufficient air pressure in the braking air circuit of the tractor, and ensure that the tractor has conventional braking.

4. The trailer is equipped with a pipeline filter, which needs to be cleaned once every three months to ensure that the pipeline is clean, so as to prevent damage to ABS.

5. Always check whether the sensor connector is loose. If it needs to be replaced, do not insert it wrongly. Ensure that the air circuit and the sensor are one-to-one corresponding. The brake air pipe on the same side corresponds to the air outlet of the combination valve on the same side.

6. When maintaining the wheel hub, pay attention not to damage the surface of the ring gear. If there is dust or oil on the surface of the ring gear, it is necessary to clean it. At the same time, it is also necessary to clean the wheel speed sensor.

7. When installing the wheel, the sensor should be pushed to the end to ensure the clearance between the sensor and the gear ring. When installing the wheel hub, attention should be paid to the fact that it cannot be installed savagely.

8. In case of emergency braking on wet and slippery road, it is not necessary to use continuous inching, just full force braking.

9. Because most of the braking is conventional braking, ABS does not participate in the braking process, so it generally does not cause high temperature of the wheel, but the abnormal high temperature may affect the sensor.
